Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with ShortlyFleet / NeoPro AI Studio. This policy explains when refunds are available for our subscription plans and channel add-ons.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided that you have not connected and actively used a YouTube channel with the automation features beyond initial testing. This allows you to try the Service risk-free.
2. After Substantial Use
Once a purchased plan's channel automation has been actively running (i.e. the system has scanned, processed, or uploaded content on your behalf) for more than a short evaluation period, the plan is considered substantially used and is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
3. Channel Add-Ons
Additional channel slots purchased separately from a base plan follow the same 14-day guarantee, provided the additional channel has not been actively used.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after the 14-day window, where the Service has been actively used.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g. uploading infringing or policy-violating content).
- Issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube channel restrictions, demonetization, or API access changes) that are outside our control.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@shortlyfleet.com with your account email and order details. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (bank transfer reversal or, for card payments processed via our payment partner, to the original card) within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
