This Privacy Policy explains how ShortlyFleet ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use shortlyfleet.com and the NeoPro AI Studio platform at panel.shortlyfleet.com (together, the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: email address and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
- Google/YouTube data: when you connect a YouTube channel, we receive and store an encrypted OAuth refresh token and basic channel information (channel ID, channel title) via Google's official API, solely to operate the automation features you configure.
- Order and payment information: plan selected, price, currency, order status, and (for bank transfer payments) an optional note you provide to help us match your payment. We do not store full card numbers; card payments, where offered, are processed by our payment partner and never touch our servers in raw form.
- Usage data: automation logs (e.g. upload activity, errors) tied to your connected channels, used to show you status information in your panel.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above to: operate and maintain your account and subscription, run the automation you've configured, process and verify payments, communicate with you about your account or orders, and improve the reliability of the Service.
3. Data Storage & Security
Google OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest (not in plain text) using industry-standard symmetric encryption. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
4. Third-Party Services
We share data with third parties only as necessary to operate the Service:
- Google / YouTube: to publish content to your channel via the official YouTube Data API, under Google's own privacy terms.
- Payment processing: our bank (for bank transfer payments) and, where enabled, our Merchant of Record payment partner (Paddle) for card payments — each governed by their own privacy policy.
- Hosting infrastructure: our servers are hosted with a third-party VPS provider; data is stored on infrastructure we control.
Google API Services User Data Policy: NeoPro AI Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data obtained via the YouTube Data API is used solely to provide and improve the automation features that are visible in the Service's user interface (e.g. connecting your channel, publishing videos, viewing upload status) and is never used for advertising or sold/transferred to third parties.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; Google OAuth tokens are revoked and deleted upon account closure.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for Google account access at any time (via your Google Account security settings or by contacting us). To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
7. Cookies
The panel application uses a session cookie strictly necessary to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
